dj darren emerson left the band in april 2000 because he wants to have more
time for his solo projects and his family. karl hyde & rick smith are
continuing as underworld and they are currently in the studio working on
their 4th album, which will be released in winter 2001 or spring 2002.
they are pretty much "alive" and they put up new stuff on underworldlive.com
on a daily basis (mp3s, movies, webbooks, pics...)
